Q: How can I book Albany Bus from Mega Center?

Q: Where and what time Albany Special bus starts from ?.

A: Albany Bus Starts from Elliot rose rd Albany, opp Park and ride bus station , presently,

every half an hour betwen 9.00am and 6.30pm. If you need transfer out of these hours

or need door to door service then click on "Check price" in menu, enter your pick up and

drop off address and fill up luggage, date & time etc and click

Q:Can I pay cash in the bus ?.

A: Albany bus is a prebooked service. You must secure your seat before boarding by pre

booking online atleast 18 hrs before your travel. If less than 18 hrs then call us before booking

Q: Where can I catch Albany Bus ?.

A; You can catch Albany Bus (between 9.00am to 6.00pm) from,1st stops, Albany bus Stn

(start point), 2nd stop(3 min later) Pak n save parking or 3rd Stop (6 min later) Massey

Q: How much luggage I can take with me ?.

A: One suitcase and one hand bag each person is free , If you have more than that or any

excess baggage then select number of extra excess baggages while booking. Each extra bag may

be charged extra.(extra baggage like, oversize bag, Pram, Bike, Surboard, Skate board,Golf bag)

Q: Can I book for my friend or relative?

A: Yes, you can book and pay online or you can email them the link by clicking on the email

icon on "Albany Bus" page.

Q: I am coming in Auckland, where can I catch Albany Shuttle bus at airport?

A; Your driver meet and greet you in arrival hall. Presently we do not have discounted shuttle

from airport to Albany mega center, however you can book a door to door service by clicking

on "Check Prices (door to door)" and we will meet you in arrival hall with your name board.
